Under-Aged Vaping

Vaping at a young age increases the risk of addiction and cancer – have you been impacted?

In December of 2018, the Surgeon General, Jerome Adams, declared that e-cigarettes, vape pens, e-pens, pod mods, tanks, e-hookahs, and other electronic nicotine delivery devices (ENDS) have become an epidemic among American youths.  While these under-age kids may consider vaping and use of e-cigarettes to be harmless, the National Cancer Institute states that there are more than 7,000 chemicals in them and the FDA reports that they contain nearly 100 harmful toxins.  These liquids contain nicotine which is a highly addictive drug.

Companies like Juul, Vuse, MarkTen XL, Blu E-cigs and Logic insist that these products are intended for smokers who are trying to quit smoking.  However, these same companies knowingly market their addictive products to minors by labeling and flavoring them like candy and other fruity flavors in order to attract this age group.

If you or a loved one has become addicted to the nicotine or developed cancer due to the under-aged use of these products, we will evaluate your case at no charge to you.
