Total Loss

Did Your Insurance Company Fully Compensate You?

The NHTSA reports that there are more than 17,000 accidents per day in the US.  If you and your loved ones have been in an accident, hopefully you walked away uninjured.  Dealing with the insurance company can be even more difficult than the trauma of the accident.

Some insurance companies use different services to assess the value of your car that may favor them so that they pay you less than what your car is really worth.  Traditional standards for insurance companies are to use an independent third party resource such as NADA and Kelly Blue Book.  They are also required to pay the sales tax for your replacement vehicle as well as other associated costs. We will look in to these questions and your case at no cost to you!

  • Did your insurance company use NADA or Kelly Blue Book to determine your vehicle’s value? Or did they use a service such as CCC, Mitchell or Audatex which can show lower values?
  • Did your insurance company pay the sales tax for your replacement vehicle?
  • Did your insurance company pay the tag, title and dealer fees for a replacement vehicle?
