“The answer is yes, and I would retain that attorney as early as possible. A lot of motorcycle cases have liability in dispute based on sight lines, speeds, everything else. So the sooner that I can get somebody out to the scene to measure the scene, to get the witness statements, and develop up a case, the better results I’m going to get for clients. Usually motorcycle cases are not about the injuries as much as the liability. So, retaining an attorney is, I think, imperative in those cases.”
